The preparation of teas, infusions, medicinal foods, and poultices for basic self-reliance in prevention and self-care is common sense. It is the birthright of each of us as humans to have fundamental knowledge of the plants that grow around us and how these can be utilized for optimum health and vitality. This is our heritage.
